On the 3rd day of the festival over 4000 children came in to watch movies for the first show of the day. The chief guest for the occasion was Mr Chandrabhanu, IAS Secretary to the CM, UP. In his address he said that Dr Jagdish Gandhi's noble initiative of education through cinema has compelled him to be a part of this film festival.

The star attraction of the day was celebrity guest Mr Abhijeet Bhattacharya, the noted playback singer from bollywood. Mr Abhijeet was highly impressed by the magnitude of this festival and he mingled with the audience and also sang songs on request. Later he addressed a press conference.

Mr Anshumali Sharma, Director, Child Line and member, Child Welfare Committee Lucknow, was the special guest on the 3rd day of the ICFF 2011. He said that he was overwhelmed that the children from an associated orphanage got a chance to watch some educative and entertaining films at ICFF 2011.
